Q: How can I obtain a copy of my transcript or diploma?

A: To request a copy of your transcript or diploma, please email the Office of the Registrar at registrar@med.cornell.edu.

Q: How can I update my contact information?

A: Thank you for keeping in touch with WCGS. You may update your contact information by completing the alumni contact information form, or by contacting the Office of Alumni Relations at (646) 962-9546 or shm2056@med.cornell.edu or by mail at Weill Cornell Medical College, Office of Alumni Relations, 1300 York Avenue, Box 61, New York, NY 10065.

Q: How can I submit class notes to Weill Cornell Medicine?

A: You can submit your class notes using the online form, or by sending your update in an email to the Office of Alumni Relations at shm2056@med.cornell.edu.

Q: I am interested in hosting or sponsoring an alumni event in my region. Who should I contact?

A: If you would like to host or sponsor an alumni event in your region, please contact Sharon Meiri Fox at (646) 962-9546 or shm2056@med.cornell.edu.

Q: I am interested in learning more about entrepreneurship at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Q: I am interested in sharing career advice with current WCGS students. Who should I contact?

A: The Alumni Career Talks (ACT) program provides a unique forum where students can discuss education, career and lifestyle choices with alumni representing a wide variety of professional industries. Q: I would like to be added to the WCGS Alumni list serv. Who should I contact?

A: If you would like to be added to the WCGS Alumni email list serv to learn about WCGS events, news and career opportunities, please email shm2056@med.cornell.edu with the subject line “WCGS alumni list serv”.

Q: How can I gain access to the Samuel J. Wood Medical Library/CV Starr Biomedical Information Center?

A: You must present a letter of verification from the Office of Alumni Relations to the staff at the library's SmartDesk. A separate library card will be issued to eligible alumni at that time. This card must then be presented to library staff each time you enter the library, and at the library's SmartDesk each time you wish to borrow library material. Please bring the card when you visit the library. For more information, please visit the library’s website.

Q: How can I obtain campus accommodations information?

A: Rooms are frequently available for visiting alumni at the Helmsley Medical Tower at 1320 York Avenue (between 70th and 71st Streets). For more information, please call (212) 472-8400. You can also contact our housing department at (212) 746-1001 for dormitory room availability.

Q: If I plan to be on campus, is there parking available?

A: Yes, there are several public parking garages in the vicinity of Weill Cornell Medicine.
